So much for scheduled appointments and having your new computer to you when promised. Cause they tell u what you want to hear then do what they want. Avoid this location. Its a fucking joke!

Worst customer service. Paid for geek squad to diagnose my laptop. They told me hard drive was out of it. Called me a week later to tell me a new screen was $650. I said "it only needed a hard drive when I dropped it off... screen was fine." Turns out they lost my computer, and were calling me about a totally different computer. THEN 2 days later a woman calls me and says it $750 to repair. I told her about the conversation 2 days prior and she had no clue. And was STILL talking to me about the wrong computer. I've called 5 times today( during store hours). I've waited for more than 10 minutes( listening to the same moronic elevator music). I've yet talk to a real person. Very poor customer service.

I've been trying to get a job there for the last few years, yet today I go in just to look around and within 20 mins I end up helping and selling a guy a $600 camera with a memory card. This isn't the first time

Sharp vacuum. Salesman told us what was included with the product and it wasn't. Waiting on hold for customer service for over 46 min on our first call. Our second call 22 min. and still waiting as of this post. We will never shop there again. NO customer service...

Phenomenal customer service. Always happy to help, good at resolving issues. I don't call them because apparently all calls are through a calling center, but otherwise I have no complaints.

I been trying to call this store for 2 days and no one answers just puts me on hold and to music .. redicilous
