I went to the geek squad earlier this week in regards to my my iPhone not having any service. Apple advertises them as a certified repair facility. The technician was able to diagnose the issue with my phone, stating the cellular antenna was bad. He mentioned that they have had a few people with the iPhone 7 coming in with this issue. The customer service needs some help. I drove over an hour because my town didn't have a Best Buy. I should have checked the reviews for this location first. For the 8 -10 minutes that I was checking out different printers, online reviews etc. there were two employees chatting at the end of the aisle from me. Can’t get anyone to answer phone. Been trying for a couple hours
Bought iPhones back in April, suppose to be bogo free special. Guess what, I’m paying for my free phone still. Called about 8 times now trying to get it fixed, after about 20-30 on hold we finally get a rep. After explaining my problem they forward me to the store that I was suppose to be calling. On wait for at least 15 minutes again every time. Finally talk to someone and they are suppose to take care of it. They must still be working on it I guess! This store is awful! Will never buy another thing from this store again!
They told us we could buy two I phones and get two free. This was back in April 2018. Now October still not getting our two free phones. Also we was to get unlimited data which they finally did fix. When you call your on hold for 30-45 minutes. Best Buy says to call Verizon so I do. Verizon says they can’t do anything because they didn’t sell us the phones. Horrible place!!
Had a sales manager claim to be the store manager. Then proceeded to call my girl and car over the phone “trash””trashy”. We complain to higher ups and basically called liars. There is very little anyone can do to make this right at this point. But I’m going to keep trying. How to make it right? Need a call with apology from sales manager ray. My question to anyone is why would I make up someone calling my girl or property trash trashy?
BEWARE!!! Ray the "manager" calls people trashy and is a jerk and likes to lie about everything to cover his butt. Brett, the other "manager", won't listen to any complaints with an open mind. His employees could NEVER do wrong. The employees all lie to protect themselves so no one actually gets any justice. Of course they don't have audio for some reason. BIG SURPRISE!!!
