They lie when it comes to warranty or returns of the product . I will never do business with them again .
This place is a joke. Phone tag for over and hour due too damage products that we have received. Just to the corporate office hung up on three times while there were trying to help us just for them to say the can't help us and the new product will take over a week to get. We are returning the product and we will never be back!!!!!
Horrible service repeated lied to and hung up on. Will not honor warranty and stay away from LG
First we walk in and we have our diaper bag/purse which is a back pack, and their security guy decides to say loudly that " two people just entered, one with a back pack, keep an eye out" so I walked through saying "ITS A DIAPER BAG...DIAPERS AND WIPES.." so not a good feeling after just walking through the door... Then there was NO ONE back to help us with a purchase... So you know what... � we will shop else where... Probably won't shop here again! Needs new management!!
