Music section to small seems unorganized. Always have to track down someone for help. Horrible phone system "sku#" just give me the talk to a employee. Plus it's not a convenient drive maybe should've been closer to interstate exit. Also what is this open at 9 am just go 24/7.
Was fast on install, BUT when guy was showing me how to run it realized guy inside sold me a radio not CD player, they guy was quick to help me get the right thing and quickly reinstalled the CD player, said I'd get a good deal. Look at receipt and only got 2.15 back urgh what a deal. Then on way home realized I had NO lights on my dash. Urgh

Great service. Husband wanted a stereo for a work car just purchased. We were asked if we needed help right away. The staff person identified what we needed, we chose a stereo, he wrote up a proposal, ordered needed items & set up installation. Installers were professional and expedient. Great warranty at no extra cost. Would definitely do business again.
Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Wanted a phone which would be compatible with the carriers in my country and their attityde was like.."Who cares??".

Whether it's making you wait 45 minutes even though you've got an appointment, just to tell you they never even had the product you wanted in the first place, or their employees refuse to price match because "target says they're out of stock" even after you've called AND visited Target in person to verify that they have plenty of that product, you can really count on this location to waste your time, try to screw you, and eventually give you no solutions. They outdo themselves every time I visit, in the worst way possible.
