I have been trying to call all day. No one ever answers the phone. Since you won’t answer the phone, I will be canceling my order. Fix your phone system

Short handed due to Covid, which is completely understandable. Not being able to help someone who knows exactly what they want and has no questions is not acceptable. Not waiting two days for an appointment to get something that is sitting on your shelf ready to go now. Might as well close and go online only. I’ll help lock up.
What, y’all don’t answer your phone anymore or something? I’ve tried calling three days in a row just to get a robot and 30 minutes of hold music.

The employee's are lazy. I bought a radio and all parts needed in December and had to wait till March to get it installed. I had my sister take it in and the employee tells her they need a wire harness so they can't install it today without looking at the parts I bought which had the wire harness in the box.
I bought a laptop there a few weeks ago. I told the salesperson I wanted to buy Microsoft Office for Outlook, Excel, and Word. He sold me the Home and Student version online using the store computer. It came in the mail. I brought it to the Geek Squad. He scratched off the thing and put it on my computer. I needed help later setting up the Outlook, so I brought it to the Geek Squad only to find out that the Home and Student version does not include Outlook! Ordered an iPhone online and it said that they still have 2 stocks left and available for pick up. It was taking so long so I went to the store to check if my order was ready but when I got there they said that it was not on hand anymore.
Straightforward pricing, and free delivery! Morgan at the store was super helpful and knowledgeable. Geek Squad Jeremie called the day before delivery, and a short while before arrival. Very courteous and professional. I highly recommend Best Buy.
