Bought a laptop on best buy ebay store, they cancelled my order for no reason and then said they could not find even know i gave them pay pal transaction id and item number, something funny is goimg on
Took less than allotted amount of time to install remote start in my car. Those guys were so friendly, outgoing, and down to earth. Spent time waiting for car by wandering (& wishing) in the store & watching customer/staff interactions. The fast, friendly staff are right there within moments to ask if you need assistance. Never disappointed with this store!
Pretty bad customer service all around. If you can drive over an hour after making the order and they still haven’t pulled the item off the shelf after charging you, they’re doing it wrong.
I was asked by three customer service reps if I need help.... Twenty minutes of watching all three assist other people..... This store doesn't deserve a single star!
Had nothing but rude people that were to good to help us out or try to resolve the problem. The staff in the computer section were to occupied with talking with each other to help us out or the four other people there that were waiting for helpWe were in the store for an hour trying to get an order resolved. I will NEVER go back there. I will drive an hour to Omaha before I go back there. Worst store I have ever been in in my life
