the is suprising to me this Black Friday. look diferent the store organized and clean. and cheap electronics.
The geek squad have to clue what there doing. Took phone n to get battery replaced and they ended up frying my phone when they put a “New”battery in it and then they don’t have a loaner phone or a replacement phone to give me. But by god they said I could upgrade haha no the phone was just fine besides the battery !!
I will NEVER BUY another product from this store or any other Best Buy for that matter. They sell items and insurance when they do not know their product so you think hey I might actually use this if my $500 Apple Watch breaks. Oh but no. The insurance they sell actually doesn’t do what the sells associate says oh and don’t forget the extra fees to get anything sent back. Waited over an hour for someone to help me. I walked in knowing exact what I wanted. Just needed help getting it. Ended up leaving without the item I went to purchase. To Target I go. They are always willing to help!
