I have purchased a few things at Best Buy in Oakdale. Never had any issues. Well I just got a stereo for my car this past week, there was an issue. Which required switching the stereo out. The managers and team did a great job and took care of me, quickly and without and grief . I truly appreciate the great customer service
Made an appointment with Geek Squad for internet access help on my laptop. Service was prompt and did the job. All staff people very polite and helpful, even when my ski jacket zipper pull set off the exit alarm.
It was peak Christmas 🎄 season and the clerk who checked me out was amazing, knowledgeable and let me in on some free items I could get with my purchases...... great customer service with a smile.
