Good afternoon. Just wondering if anyone ever answers the phone at this location. I've been on hold for 20+ minutes on three separate calls this week without ever actually speaking with someone.

Went in and needed help so we looked for someone.. Saw 8 employees just standing around joking and laughing . So we just left. During the holiday season maybe you’re employees should pay more attention.
I was in the store for about 20 minutes standing by the car audio area and no staff went by while I was there. No one to ask if there is any questions that can be answered. That is beside the fact that the car audio area now has a half an aisle and no stereos on display to test anymore. I was very disappointed this afternoon.
