The worst customer service on the phone and in person. How is it that you can place an order online December 6 and it never arrived and Best Buy does nothing to fix the problem. No refund ($200) and no replacement. Now need to go rebuy the gift! ���
The worst customer service on the phone ever ... told the girl the phone system sucked was on phone forever she said in a snotty voice "I'm aware" then wouldn't let me talk w car radio salesman because they sold me the wrong kit to install and wire it ... then put me on hold for 12 min I finally Hung up and called back 3x more and could never get thru at all ... so I will be visiting the store asap amd we will talk but until then since there phone system is so Terrible here's ur review you deserve !!! Worst experience ever !
Stood in line for the Nintendo Classic. The staff there handle it extremely well. They were very organized, helpful, and polite. I will ve back to buy my electronics from this store. Thank you.
