I saw that you had rose gold iPad pro verizon still in stock. I drove 40 miles and your sales people refused to sell it to me even tho available. Instead they wanted me to buy more expensive. I don't care if that model is being phased out you had it in stock!!!! I wanted to add a line to my existing plan. I went home upset. I drove far because your store was the only one in if with rose gold-verizon iPad pro 9.7. You lost my business this was yesterday 11 am
Always had a good experience at this store, today was a completely different experience because of one employee, a blonde female working in the phone section. Rude, unhelpful, and didnt even look up my account information before arguing with me over the price of the phone I was going to purchase. I sat down for a total of 2 minutes max and left. Going to buy direct from retailer, lost sale.
I will advise anyone buying electronics from Best Buy. DO NOT EXPECT ANY SUPPORT WITHOUT PAYING MORE $$$$$. Might as well buy on line same product but less $$$$

I went in debating about a Fitbit Charge 2 or Fitbit Alta and an Apple Watch then the plan was to go to Nebraska Furniture Mart's website to buy it for cheaper even with a plan and everything, HOWEVER, Michael, one of the sales consultants did so awesome with a demonstration on the Apple Watch and took time to answer questions and concerns, along with Taylor, that I felt like spending the extra money and buying it in the store.
