lots of staff were there to help me, I don’t remember the guy in the Geek squad but he took time to help on something they didn’t even need to do. Great store
It is sad how this store has declined. Customer service used to be fantastic, being a long time customer at the same location used to mean something. Geek squad is a joke. Employees are rude. It is an awful experience everytime.
I just call Best Buy thay tell me cannot ship state Missouri. I spent 20 mi phone. I will never buy anything on Best Buy store or online.
