I placed an online order to be picked up in the Independence Best Buy store. As I was walking up to the store, there were signs out that the store was fully open and it looked extremely welcoming. As I walked in, I walked past a table and a lady who was standing there literally grabbed my arm and demanded to know where I was going. I was startled but told her customer service and she let go of my arm. I will NEVER shop in your store again and I will make sure that your corporate office knows about this.
thes losers cant even answer the phones! they greet you with twenty-minutes of recordings telling you what all they DONT do and then don't answer the phone - then if you let it ring over one hundred times - they finally disconnect! these assholes need to lock the doors and go home - because as it now stnads - they're getting paid to do N O T H I N G!
My husband made an appointment as required and the guard at the door REFUSED to let us in because we wanted a ROKU..that we do not have an understanding how it works. NOT everyone has technology understanding. He said the appointments were for someone that wants a TV and that we could purchase it online and pick it up. We wanted explanations and NOT from your door guard. Lack of cashiers inside of this location. I was told to go to customer service by 3 employees standing at the entrance doing nothing. I will most likely not be returning to this best buy due to the lack of professionalism from the employees. After I set down my speaker about to walk out of the store one of them smirked and said have a good day in a sarcastic tone. It takes two seconds to ring up a customer ur conversation could have waited.
have been calling all morning and afternoon today nobody picks up the phone...no answer bad customer service
they have many great deals on great electronics. their bathroom hasn't been updated since it opened, unless you count the vent over the urinal i assume it's hiding a camera. — at Best Buy (19110 E 39th St S, Independence, MO).
Can’t get a human voice, been waiting on the phone 45 minutes to talk to someone. I was in the store 30 minutes waiting to ask a question couldn’t get help. At least I know u can shop elsewhere and I will.
Get rid of the stupid return policy of 15 days and go to something more consumer friendly and realistic.
