I have been trying to get a $80 refund from BEST BUY for 10 or more days........ But, guess what you can't return an item after 14 days.... How crazy is this. The store tell me I need to call the corporate office. Then corporate office tell me to go into the store. Neither parties will communicate to each other. Instead, they're telling me what to say, how to say it, and have someone from the store call corporate so they can talk and work this out.
