Very nice store. Knowledgeable and friendly help. Great selection of phones and tablets.
I went in there the other day because I was having problems with my cell phone and needed a new one. The team there was very polite and patient with me, and didn’t treat me like a complete idiot since I know nothing about technology. I was expecting to be there four a long time, but actually the process was fairly simple and quick. They have some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Keep it up guys!
I’ve gone to this location many times, as well as others and I can say with confidence that this is the best Best Buy in my area! The employees are always friendly and remember me when I walk in, they’re always super helpful and very knowledgeable as well.
