This has been the absolute most horrendous experience and example of customer service that I have EVER received. I have had NOTHING but issues with the staff and the scheduling/delivery department for the Fairview Heights Illinois store. It all started with my experience with James Dennis/Robert Schmittling in the Appliance department. they broke piece of my truck wrote it off as already there plus sold me wrong part and had to drive 45 to get correct one but still won't do anything about it. once got back took 10 minutes finally get manager talk to after being put on hold countless time.

Clark and Tamia were very patience and handled my very annoying Latin mother with respect 😆 even thought it took while to get everything taken care of because of some issues with at&t. overall I'm satisfied with their services! thanks.
Did an online order on Saturday, for pick up today. We’ve been here twice today. But no one can explain why our order was a no pick. Funny thing about it, our earlier visit the order said it was in processing. Come back 1 hour later and it’s changed to no pick.
Nice friendly staff and service
I had a dishwasher “installed” today. By “installed” I mean they pinched my water line to the point it had to be be replaced. The 3 technicians at my home could not figure out why it was not working. My husband had to go to Home Depot and by all new water lines to replace the broken ones. To top it off when I called customer service.... they had my order marked as complete and working.
NEVER buy from these thieves!!! Go Amazon! Better return policy!
