Good selection of products, customer service is severely lacking. Employees were walking around and joking with each other, but no one acknowledged me standing in the cell Phone section; I awkwardly stood up at the counter until I was acknowledged. ALSO, PLEASE READ WHAT IS ON THE SCREEN BEFORE YOU ACCEPT OR SIGN. Outstanding customer service and prompt attention. Would recommend Best Buy to all of my family and friends.
Looked at cell phones for 30 minutes, not once did a single employee even acknowledge my presence in the store let alone ask if I needed assistance. The sad thing is this place has the better deal, but I'd happily spend more of my money at your competitor because at least they provide customer service.
