I was at Best Buy on Tuesday, NOVEMBER 28th in aFairview Heights, IL. We were in the search for a TV. Two sales people in the area were so busy on their cell phones, we couldn't get any service. Such poor customer service. we left and Best Buy most a sale.
Geek Squad Ken really helped me at the FVH store!! Dropped my son's laptop off at 6:30 last night, and it was ready today at 1:30. Very friendly helpful service!!! �
The geeks totally helped me get my iPad working again. It was my fault I was blocked out, they were able to get it working again!!! thanks!!!
Buyer beware! Best Buy in Fairview Heights has the worst customer service ever. Bought a Surface Pro was told that particular model included stylus. Got home.. stylus no where to be found. Called the store was told again should've been included. Transferred to electronics "oh it's not included and there's nothing I can do". Repeated requests to speak to a mgr.
