Online said was available ordered for pickup the next day. Got online to check order and now it’s not available at any store or online. No text or email saying that they couldn’t fill my $700 order. Been on hold for 30 min as of right now since I’m on hold filling this review out as we speak. Probably will be on hold for much longer. Still haven’t spoke to anyone. What a joke this place is.
Customer service was absolutely zero. Trying calling afterwards to notify a manager. Same result. Noone even answers the phone on multiple attempts. spent my money somewhere else
My brother purchased a new washer and electric dryer and still haven't gotten a call back where the installer never put the Leveling Legs on the Dryer. The Installation guy Anthony from Augusta gave us his number we have left a number of messages no call back. don't waste your money they never call you back.
RecommendedI just had the best experience at Best Buy on S. College Rd in Wilmington! The customer service rep I spoke to was able to restore the wifi connectivity on my laptop and saved me a lot of time, money and tears as I go into another semester!!Thank you, Samuel at Best Buy! Clearly a store without the buyer in mind. I’m not surprised by the poor ratings of this store. I highly recommend going elsewhere
Waited on the phone for over an hour. Drove down there and probably 10 employees just standing around. I ask the lady at the service desk if they had been busy and she said no... Can you figure out why no one answers the phones?
If you're looking for someone to answer the phone don't bother calling this store or the 888 number unless you want to get transferred and hung up on essentially wasting your time. Now I have to drive to madison hts to return something I bought on line because it didn't come with a power cord and no one will answer the phone. With a 15 day return policy I'd rather buy this elsewhere with a better guarantee and a power cord
With as many associates that are walking around the store doing nothing, they should have more help at the front end.
