They double invoiced our company in May after we paid and now months later they sent the duplicate invoice to a collection branch as though we're supposed to pay twice for one order. Update: The general manager called me to verify that they have fixed the issue.
Under their new ownership, salespeople think they can charge full stick price plus cutting for a rusted 16" piece of drop... and then cop a condescending attitude when you question the price. Save yourself time and hassle, buy from knowledgeable salespeople at vastly better prices from other shops.
