Lost our name on the wait list. We were told 15-20 minutes. After 40 minutes we asked about our place. She mumbled something and said we weren't on the list. And mumbled something else about a table. I assumed she was going to get us in next. She didn't ask our names to put us on the list... So I'm not sure what she was doing. But she brought several other parties to their tables. The service was great! The food was good!!! The waitress new what desserts were available so we could make a quick choice.

we have been making reservations for my daughter's birthday there every Year. Until this year always loved it.Food was flavorless. had to ask several times for everything. was told we had to wait for drinks and silverware to be washed and still had to ask for them later on. The Margaritas were horrible. for the first time in years my daughter left her Birthday dinner unhappy.

We've always been pleased with the meals, but this time I ordered an extra side of sausage for the Rigatoni Abruzzo takeout meal and they neglected to include it. All good, we will continue to dine in and takeout from Bertucci's as it is a favorite restaurant!

the food is not that good

Take out ....what’s up with these rolls? Looks like somebody smashed most of them. Not good

Everything was amazing .. The margarita Capri was the best margarita Iv had in a long time!!

I hate to admit that we eat lunch here a lot. It’s usually great. The lunch portions are smaller but it is very reasonable. It’s a chain restaurant so I can’t rave about it but it’s always a win for a family with 3 kids.
