service was horrible. we were sat at a dirty table and waited for someone for almost 15 minutes before we stopped someone and asked them to clean the table and send the manager over. place was busy but clearly understaffed. food wasn't as good as I expected.
Awful takeout experience (again). Waited 45 minutes longer than they told us - apparently due to an entree being missed (but they communicated nothing the entire time). So they started cooking that after everything else was done for ~30 minutes. Everything was cold...and they still forgot a different entree (but charged for it of course). Called the restaurant and was put on hold for 10 minutes. Girl picked back up and said she hoped manager would take the call but never did. Very poor experience. Waited over an hour and a half for a takeout order a few months back. Had to ask multiple times if/when my order would be ready, since they said 45 minutes. Staff was very unprofessional, and a supervisor offered no explanation as to why. Half the order was cold since we were waiting on a pizza. Some type of apology or compensation would of went along way
In desperate need of customer service lessons! Tonight my party of three was greeted by the waitress who brought rolls and took out drink order (a soda and two glasses of wine), and then ignored us for 15 minutes. When she came back to take our order I asked about the drinks... whoops! After taking our dinner orders, it was well over an hour before our meals came out. It was great, our waiter codi was terrific and the food was outstanding. If anyone is in the area you have to stop by and eat. You guys nailed it ❤️
