Waited at curbside pickup for over over an hour because one of their printers went down and my food was never made. When I finally got it and asked to speak to a manager I was offered a couple desserts. Had ordered about $50 of food and tipped online before pickup. Couldn’t refund my money, couldn’t offer me gift cards, couldn’t offer me anything other than a couple free desserts. Disappointing. We ordered the two pizza family special last night at 5:45. Order said it would be ready for curb side pick at 6:45. Sat and waited 45 minutes. Called (7:30) and they said it had just come out of the oven and would be right out and I was then hung up on. At 8 we were still waiting, asked again and they finally brought it out. Pizza was cold when we got home ☹️
We just ordered the Family meal deal. Which was advertised as 4 chicken parmigiana, rolls and a salad. They didn’t send the rolls. My husband first called to say the rolls didn’t come, the guy on the phone said. “Well you didn’t specify “ My husband said specify what? He said the offer said it included the rolls. The food was absolutely delicious and Richard our server was fantastic!!!
Jackie was great! She noticed we were waiting a few minutes to be waited on and she stepped right in to take care of us. Calzones were good but I would come back ask for Jackie.

Pizza is great. Wasn’t crazy about sampler today though. Meatballs were cold 😑
Ordered lunch to be delivered for work for a lunch meeting. Asked for 11:45 delivery and called to be sure that would be feasible. At 11:55 I called to see where the food was and was told it was in the oven. Food was very late, manager on the phone wasn’t really very interested and I’ll be ordering from somewhere else going forward. Not really sure how it tasted...by the time it got there my time for lunch was over.
Good food however cooks didn’t follow order. Asked for sauce on the side and it came mixed with spaghetti. Same for salad, wanted dressing on side came mixed I.
