Went to Bertuccis last night for the first time in about a year! Had the chicken Parm, which is my go to dish. Three pieces of chicken have now been reduced to two small patties and the price has gone up four dollars! Ridiculous! Very disappointed. 😡

I haven't been to a Bertuccis since my grandmother was alive. Thank you for reminding me of the precious memories I had with her. The food is fairly priced and the quality is insane for those prices. The service was outstanding. I never had to ask for a refill, not once. We will be back. Thank you so very much.
Very disappointed in tonight's pizza dinner. There must be a different crew/cooks than usual, because they have always been very consistent. The pizzas were undercooked, oddly shaped, had barely any cheese, scarce ingredients and way too much sauce to a point where they were soupy.
I never write in these things but I have never seen a hostess work harder than this one did tonight. I even stopped by to notice her name tag so I could write this- Paula- you are awesome!!!! I watched you on top of tables all night long. AND - when we were leaving, every single waiter said good night and thank you. Jobs well done, all!
Door dash- twice used and both times drivers were awesome food... not so much. I’ve eaten at Bertucci’s and no issues. Only when I get door dash it appears. Thinking it’s because I’m not there to return the ick. This time was so burnt couldn’t eat mozzarella and last time was a salad with mostly the wicked rough and tough stocks.
Today at 12:37 I placed a curbside to go order. As you can see from the photo I was told that the flatbread and sandwich would be ready at 12:52pm, and within a few minutes would have been ok. We arrived at 12:55 to pick up the order. An employee came out and told us our order would be about 10 minutes. I assumed they dropped the pizza on the floor. At 1:24 I called in again and stated that I had been waiting for 30 minutes and asked to speak to the manager who rudely told me my order was going to be at least another 5 minut... read more
Thursday’s special is chicken piccata which is my favorite Bertucci’s meal. They are advertising dinner for two for $18 including Caesar salad and bread rolls. The usual dinner comes with 3 pieces of chicken and fettuccini with lemon caper butter sauce. The takeout “special” was 1 piece of chicken each, dry pasta with very little sauce, salad with wilted rust colored romaine lettuce, no croutons and a package of Newman’s dressing.
