I went to this restaurant last night and the food was ok but the service was not the best but i want everyone to know that they serve old cracked drinking glasses which is definitly a hazard. Out of 5 glasses i had 3 that were cracked and or chipped. This is a concern that this restaurant doesnt seem to care about and there staff doesnt pay attention to. After i told the bar tender my glass was cracked he gets me a new one but instead of throwing it away he puts it into the dishwasher...are you kidding me. The manager came o... read more

My mom has ordered your pizza dough several times when I was kid for Birthday parties growing up or other things, pizza dough was amazing for homemade pizzas, I've always eaten at this location as customer in past as well ever had any issues with food or service not once.

Thanks for the FIVE
First they Sat us next to the door so we were absolutely freezing the entire time. The table next to us ordered a pizza the server placed it in between the tables completely blocking my daughter from being able to get up from her seat. Our food arrived cold never got bread or refills on our drinks very disappointed. Worst Bertucci's I have ever been too. We live very close but would never return to this location.

I also apologize for your food coming out less than piping hot. I am going to share this and your other remarks with our management team so that they are aware of them. We take these reviews very seriously and appreciate your time and effort in providing one. Again, I am very sorry that this happened.
Service was great!!! The food was excellent, and they allowed us to have dinner from the lunch menu. A lot of restaurants do not allow elders to do that. Will definitely eat there again. Highly recommend.
