RecommendedI recently installed a 3” spring lift with 37” tires on my 2018 Ram 3500 and need a front end alignment. After asking around, most of the shops could not fit my truck on the rack. Berts was recommended by two out of three reputable shops in the area. My tech Chris was awesome and very knowledgeable, I plan to be a repeat customer.
Service Manager Chris went above & beyond for me and my old van! She was having major issues and he went out of his way and even stayed after his shift to make sure she was aligned perfectly and we were back on the road safe and sound! Kind staff, great service, very personable. Great shop! Very unique. Really cool equipment and layout. Old school, tried & true. I will always come to Bert’s! Thank you so much!

Mannnnn, let me tell you about Bert’s alignment...hands down the best in the Hampton roads. I drive a lifted truck with custom tires and rims and no one can align my truck like the mechanics at bert’s. Customer service is a 10 and their honesty is very much appreciated. Hands down the best experience since I’ve been bringing my truck here. My next appointment is on the 14th of Nov. looking forward to it.

Berts sales people and mechanics are awesome they answered all my question and did not try to up sell me on my alignment it was the opposite they told me my alignment was good and reduced my bill quite a bit and will return with all my car issues
I won't go anywhere else in tidewater but to this place great service
