Don't bother calling them , they won't pick up the phone and if they do the customer representative will ask you to please stop calling because he is too busy taking a nap , I called at least 10 times and when they finally picked up , the guy was so upset I called so many times he started yelling at me like are you bleeding are you dying ? Why you call so many times ? And he just hang up the phone . Very unprofessional staff .
Very rude representative, they don’t answer the phone and when they do they are super aggressive. I don’t recommend them at all for anyone serious about their work .
The sale representative is so angry and unprofessional , the guy act like he owns the company , they are so politely useless , he was upset that I was bothering him with my calls while he was working , are you serious ?
