RecommendedI recommend getting a camper from Berryland. They are very polite and help you the best they can. I highly recommend Mrs. Carla in service department and Mr. Billy the Shop foreman. They do their best to help you and keep the customer happy. They are very friendly and respectful. This is the place to go. First time camper owner and very very satisfied with the staff.
My Husband and I just purchased a Palomino Puma fifth wheel from Berryland and had a Wonderful experience! We live over 10 hours away in TN and were having trouble finding the right camper for our budget. Joann was our sales associate and did a fantastic job helping us over the phone and via internet! We had a 10 hour drive and arrived earlier then scheduled for pick up however they worked to accommodate us anyway then allowed us to plug up the camper and rest for a few hours before making the trip back! I bought a camper to travel in for work, it took me three weeks to get my camper. The first week I couldn't pick it up because they shut down for Covid, which is not their fault. I texted my salesman four days before I was scheduled to pick it up and he said everything was ready to go. This was the absolute smoothest purchasing experience we’ve ever had!! Quality all around service at Berryland Campers!!! Our salesman, Louise, was beyond amazing as well as Josh, Ashley, and the rest of the crew. Louis was very honest and transparent in helping us both remotely and in person! We worked with Louis Sansone on 3 visits to Berryland. We were uncertain whether our truck could pull a 5th wheel or a travel trailer. We decided to go with a travel trailer, signed the purchase agreement & just waited for him to call us with the financing info. He called & said he arranged our financing with Bank of the West at 8.99%!!!
