I’ve always had great customer service when we bring our 2016 Class C (we bought brand new from Bryce) for service. Edward (in service) is great to work with. He always sees the job gets done when we have a trip planned. We use our class C at least once a month, if not more. We love “Our Condo on Wheels”! Thanks Berryland.
Our family was on our way home from LA to TX when our 5th wheel hitch gave out. We called several places and no one was willing to help in a timely manner. Spoke to Jay at Berryland , without hesitation he told us to come on in and he would take a look at it. He had us up in running in less than 15 minutes. It’s good to know great service still exists. Thank you Jay and thank you Berryland! We will rave about you all the way from New Braunfels, TX!
