Bottom line, this place is fantastic. Had an issue with our rear bumper and needed a detailed welding job. We called the day before and they told us to come by first thing in the morning. Upon arrival, Billy (head of service) assessed the damage and said they could take care of it. Karla in the service department was fantastic and got our ticket written up. I wish that I could share my pictures on this site of my furniture from my 2014blue ridge by forest river that I purchased at Berryland. The theater seating is totally shredding. We paid $50,00. For this camper and expect better quality for that price . We have contacted all of the above plus the manufacturer with absolutely no results . Please go to my site on Facebook to view pictures .
