Excellent food and great service. Angry noodle, etouffe, bacon mac and cheese, great night with my family.
Service was horrendous, the set up is very awkward- you stand in a line for 40 minutes, make your way to a table and wait 45 minutes for the food to arrive. Water is self serve and they ran out of glasses. Most inefficient set up I've ever experienced. Would not recommend to anyone who has less than 2 hours to waste. The food was good but not good enough to warrant a return visit. Somebody really screwed up on Club Night of the Gene Harris Jazz Fest. While Berryhill had arguably the best performers, the service of the overwhelmed staff was very uneven. Some folks were served almost immediately, we were not. After being seated, we didn't see a menu for more than half an hour—one borrowed from friends at the next table who had arrived much more recently and were served promptly. My $10 Bloody Mary was straight liquor, was told the Mac and cheese was premade so the mushrooms could not be taken out and the angry noodles were not very good. First time a waiter has told me something wasn't good. Also took an hour to get my food.
Great food and wonderful service!!! We will be back!!
