The room we stayed in and the view was beautiful. The service and breakfast was amazing. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Tennessee.

This place is amazing. It’s very welcoming! From the minute you walk in your welcomed by calming music, the sent of maple or some other delicious scent to the kindest man welcoming us. The room Holly Springs was extremely comfortable. Each day our room was cleaned and little treats were left for us. Every evening there was a homemade desert waiting for us and every morning the breakfast was something to write home about. Loved our stay here!! I would absolutely recommend Berry Springs to anyone traveling to the area! Great staff, accommodations, and food! Also, have trails, two ponds, bikes and fishing poles to use, and more!

This is by far the best place we have ever stayed. The room--Autumn Springs was wonderful. So comfortable and we loved the view and sitting on the deck on the rocking chairs watching the humming birds was awesome. We can't begin to tell you how good the night snacks are--the best brownies ever. The movie selection is unbelievable--we watched two in one night. Slept great and then a wonderful breakfast. Berry Springs was one of the nicest B&B’s we’ve ever been to. The common areas of lodge are beautiful and the back porch is a perfect place to sit and relax and enjoy the beautiful view. The breakfasts were delicious as were the daily desserts served at 7:00 pm. The staff was wonderful and were always available to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. I would highly recommend Berry Springs Lodge
By far the best place I have ever stayed! Everyone is so friendly and the hospitality will blow any other Bed and Breakfast out of the water! They go above and beyond to make sure you feel at home and offer a number of complimentary snaks and home made dessert freshly baked every night!
