My husband and I stayed here for our first wedding anniversary and I believe we found our spot for vacationing in Tennessee! We absolutely loved the lodge, everyone was very helpful and welcoming, the rooms were spacious and very clean, breakfast was absolutely delicious and so was dessert! The view is incredible and the atmosphere is very relaxing. We will most definitely be back!
My husband and I recently stayed at the Lodge and it was the most romantic stay we have ever had. The staff was amazing and the atmosphere was homey. We will be staying again ❤️
Great People love their story. Great views!! So much to do love it all BUT my Favorite is Ms. Sues homemade desserts oh my!!!! I recommend this Bed & Breakfast to everyone!
RecommendedThis place was just perfect. We wanted a quiet getaway and we were pleasantly surprised. Great personal service, rooms were so nice, food was delicious, and grounds were beautiful. We are looking forward to going back!
This was amazing and words will never truly describe how my wife and I feel about this place. We plan to return soon and will be staying right here. The owners are AMAZING. Breakfast was perfect. These folks truly care about making your stay the best that money can buy. If you are traveling in that area and want an outstanding experience then look no further.
You can't stay any place like Berry Springs Lodge because there isn't anyplace else like it. Patrick, Sue and Melissa make you feel like royalty but family at the same time. If its peace and rest you need you will find plenty there with their big fireplace in the winter to warm up after a day sightseeing and enjoy a delicious dessert that Sue made from scratch and in the morning you will wake to a wonderful of breakfast cooking that will hold you most of the day. Berry Springs is the best. Great breakfast and snacks. Patrick is a wonderful host. The views from the property are fantastic. The rooms and common areas are unbelievably clean. I can not say enough good things about Berry Springs. I always hate to leave and can never wait to visit again.

One of the best B&B’s in the country the location & building make it great no matter what, but Patrick & his staff just can’t be beat. They are the absolute best. We have been here 5 times & we will return again the Lord willing . The view is awesome, but it’s the same mountains every year. Which is why I say the staff is why we come back year after year.
