Great Romantic getaway right down the road from Sevierville. Great if you want to avoid the loud hotels in town. We stayed in a room with a hottub for 2 facing an amazing view. Helpfull friendly staff and owner, yummy Breakfast and Desert. Awsome Selction of DVDs and Smart TVs to link to your Media accounts. We will be back again next year.
From the moment you head up the beautiful driveway to the Lodge it’s a feeling of going home. The Lodge is stunning with beautiful rooms and incredible views. The evening dessert was wonderful and our breakfast with fresh brewed coffee was excellent. Hike to the fishing pond or sit and daydream about the shear mountain beauty. Very romantic and relaxing splendor. Highly recommend.
Just returned from a 4 night stay in the Newberry Springs room. I can’t say enough good things about it. The view from my balcony, the hot tub, amazing breakfasts and nightly desserts! The staff and owners are so nice. The property is so quiet and it is very relaxing there, which is what I was looking for! I will be back!

Best B&B I ever stayed in! Berry Springs Lodge so clean cozy warm and friendly with ambiance of calmness and tranquility. Special attention given to details. Bed was super comfortable especially after a long day hike to sleep well and wake up rested is essential.Daily homemade breakfast always delicious, and desserts every evening were amazing. Owner Patrick has built an amazing beautiful place he’s done amazing job!!!! Thank you for making our stay a memorable one!
