This is the third time we are staying here, it's very relaxing place to stay. The breakfast we have every morning are delicious. Patrick, Sue and Melissa are wonderful and courteous people. Before we check I will be making reservations for next year.

Beautiful scenery and different desserts every night 💙 Can’t go wrong by selecting this B&B!! Wonderful breakfasts that satisfy even the picky eaters. Plenty of things to do on the property, but more than enough to do around town!
My husband and I just got back from a weekend at Berry Springs, and we couldn't have had a better time! The lodge and property are beautiful, the owners have considered every detail to make a stay relaxing and enjoyable, and the food was terrific. We can't wait to stay again in the future ❤
Came for our second honeymoon because only place we found with a car charger. So glad we found them! Beautiful place with great service, wonderful food and comfortable rooms. Highly recommend!

We drove 987 miles over two long days to get here. And wow is not enough. Comfort comfort comfort. Clean. Luxury. Homey. Not to mention the setting in the Smoky Mountains. Not to mention the best lemon bars ever for tonight’s homemade desert.
We absolutely loved our time. we needed to get away from it all and this was the place to do it. very friendly and such a warm atmosphere. it's the little touches that make all the difference. we cannot thank you enough. sad to leave.
