Nos gusta mucho este lugar es traquilo ubicado en un buen sitio la atencion de la oficina es muy muy buena los trabajadores de mantenimiento muy buenos y serviciales llevamos dos años y la verdad que estamos muy contentos les invito a vivir aquí

AC leaked, their cure was keep fan in kitchen for 2 weeks to dry out carpet till rainy season was over. Had mold on bedroom windows, they just paint over it. Several times. Constant bug issues because of large cracks under front door. Burn marks on wlls from improperly wired outlets that were all pulled out. Had to break lease because mold issue was affecting my children's asthma conditions.
I love this place. :) nice people, nice apt, nice area, and so much more.
Bernwood is a wonderful place to live and raise children. The staff makes the environment feel like the community as a whole are Famlies connected from unit to unit. The community appearance are immaculate because the maintenance are meticulous with their continuous up keep to the entire community. The only thing that can be side bad about Bernwood Trace community is, they have horrible internet services. Comcast is not a service provider which we as a resident can select.
