Can't help outside factors..we were a lil late, my mom has dementia and took a nasty fall. Appt planned for months. She is black and blue and we were denied the care. Denied!!! Getting out of the office was too important.
Dr. Kaur and her entire staff are so incredible! It’s been eons since I’ve walked into a doctor’s office and was received warmly by such competency starting with the receptionist. It was as if they were all happy to be there, liked their jobs, and truly cared about their patients. She doesn’t even deserve 1 star. She was rude and nasty at my mom’s appointment. My mom wears hearing aids and had left them at home in a rush to not be late for appointment. Kaur became frustrated when my mom asked her to repeat a few questions. To compensate she literally yelled every sentence to my mom. It was so loud it was reverberating off the walls and when even I was struggling to understand her. Kaur became more and more angry throughout the appointment.
