I literally just closed on a house sold by this company, and it was the worst experience ever! I did my walk thru yesterday only to see the washer & dryer that was posted online AND I had inspected was swapped with an old dirty washer machine. I don’t even know if it works because it wasn’t connected. We informed Kelly Drake ( listing agent) of the swap and all we got were excuses and lies. We used Berkshire Hathaway Georgia Properties in Alpharetta to lease our home. We paid them to market the home and to run a background check on perspective tenants. The renter used a fake license and someone else's credentials to pass the background and criminal checks and move into our home. This was verified by the Alpharetta Police Dept. Berkshire Hathaway turned a blind eye and was of no assistance in the eviction process. They made their commission and were left without rent and damage to our home. My family and I stayed in a rental house for three years managed by Berkshire Hathaway Home Services. They helped us through some difficult issues with the house and always answered their phone when needed. Their website provides an easy way to pay rent and everyone on the Berkshire staff treated us like a VIP client. Thank you for everything.
Our experience with Berkshire Hathaway was great. We were given a lot of patience for a difficult move for us by Cindy and Les Crane. My neighbor sold her home right after going on the market with Dennis Curry as her Agent. Y'all these folks are good!!!!
