Buying a house in Roswell,GA listed by this agency (Cherokee office) - not impressed how selling agent has acted. She provided factually inaccurate disclosure documents and was very obstructive to the process of getting correct information. Almost walked away from deal a few times due to her lack of professionalism. We will see how closing goes....good thing my realtor is good and patient with her. Will never buy/sell when this agency is involved again.
