we sold our home with susan mitchell of berkshire hathaway and it was a nightmare, from constant reschedules to your agent asking for $10,000 cash after closing(off the books) it was hell for all of us our realtor susan may look like a sweet innocent lady but she is far from it, constant threats and lies(i don't want to go into details) but i had waited for the holidays to pass before reporting her. no one should deal with the corruption and illegal activity this agency promotes

The knowledge, service and expertise of Jack Camprini in introducing us to Big Canoe was phenomenal. Kelly Bening started off our fast paced tour as we had 30 days to find a home and close on it. Big Canoe was the winner with all the peace, tranquility and nature as well as many amenities should you choose to enjoy them From the first home thru to closing and even after all questions were answered swiftly. I used their home management services and was very disappointed with how they handled the property at the end. I paid for repair service and it was not done properly. I requested well before the end of my contact that their contractor come back out to repair properly. It took so long for both companies to make a decision that end the end Berkshire said they didn’t manage the property anymore so there’s nothing that they could do now.
