I have been a patient of Berkeley Eye Center for several years. I walked in last Wednesday and was greeted by name by Sandra at the front desk. Dr. David Garza saw me on an emergency basis for a cornea tear. I was immediately put at ease. Over the years, I have been seen by most doctors on staff and would not consider going anywhere else for my eye care.
Everyone was so nice. Dr. Garza was very kind. The young lady who helped me concerning my glasses was extremely helpful, patient, kind, and she took a lot of time with me with a great attitude. She informed me on my options on everything. The young man who did all the eye tests, the pressure tests and so forth was also a very nice person. Thank you all so much for your kindness!
Treat their parents wonderful. Thank you to all the staff, especially Dr. Coffee, Miranda, and discharging nurse.
My wife had surgery yesterday. She was asked to arrive at 11:30 for the procedure. At 2:00 o'clock they called her back to pre op. She remained in per op until they took her back for the procedure at about 2:15 and she returned after the procedure at 2:30. They kept her in post op until 3:00 until the doctor could come in and say goodby. Dr Caley seems to be a wonderful dr with great attention to detail and is very caring but the scheduling process needs a lot of work.
I Have no complaints about this eye center keep up the good work!!
