I've always gotten good service there, for several years now.
I have been going to Berkeley for about ten years. Dr Caplan and the staff always make me feel good. I love him and the way he greets me when I come there. He met me in the hall and spoke to me and said good to see you. I have had doctors that come into the exam room and don't even speak.

No idea why from one day to the next I decided to have a consultation for lasik surgery much less why I waited so long to have the procedure done. From the moment I called to make an appt & welcomed by Angela & then consultation with Rita, I felt at ease knowing I was making the right decision! I can't thank Dr Spengler enough for the AWESOME procedure & wonderful staff!
