Got my 2012 Volkswagen Tiguan 3 weeks ago. Paul Schaffer was my salesman and he was polite and hilarious and not pushy at all. They were very helpful through the whole process. I'm very happy with my new barely used dependable ride and the experience I had. Good pricing, warranty and service!!

Very nice experience! Excellent customer service! From my arrival time until I departed, an excellent experience. I talked with several people, can't recall names but all the employees that I dealt with we're friendly, interested in my being there, emphatic and professional. I went there with a recommendation from my insurance company, USAA, for an estimate of body shop work. I do have one name because he gave me his card, Josh Nigbor, assistant manager. Edit: After a few issues with recent service at Bergstrom Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Oshkosh, they contacted me to make it right. I just picked up my vehicle from their location and they went above making me whole by detailing and washing my car. I appreciate the follow up service and understand that issues do happen. Our experience today was amazing. I would like to thank Paul Schaffer for helping us. He was very helpful, patient, and very informative. He had amazing customer service and helped us get what we wanted for a good price. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. Special thanks to Mike and the folks at the Bergstrom Chrysler Dodge Jeep service team. My Jeep would not start and had it towed over to Bergstrom. Everything I read online about the issue with my ignition was preparing me to spend about $400-$500 to get my Jeep running. Much to my financial surprise, my Jeep was back running great that day and everything was covered under a previous Jeep recall. My bill was $0! Thanks for the great service.

I was blown away with the incredible customer service my husband and I received here compared to other dealerships. Justin Marshall was awesome to work with!!! Seriously, ask for him (you won't be sorry!)! We will be customers here for life!

Steve in service is the reason we go here after Pommerening closed. I cannot emphasize enough how much money or the bottom dollar "wins the day" over loyalty in our household. Our loyalty to Steve is a RARE if not ONLY exception to that rule. Gotta get a stab in at my boy Lou; very candid and personable... either one could be in the running for employer of the month, month after month. All in all, the customer service in the service department is a 30 out of 10.

Place is absolutely terrible! This is my 4th trip there and 3 of 4 was for oil changes. Never under 1.5hr wait. This time was for recall and warranty work which I booked 3 weeks ahead. Noone advised at time of booking, which was conducted in person at the service desk, that it would be over a half day wait or more. Clearly the service management doesnt see a trend of issues. Id love to avoid the place, but due to having warranty issues I have to go back. For those who dont, find another place!
