Well I had another great experience at bergstrom. The new upfront pricing was spot on. What great idea to stop the senseless driving around from dealer to dealer to save a $$. The staff at the dealership was top notch. I worked Justin and was very happy with the service. Thanks again and great idea about up front pricing.
Great service. Lou in the express lube was super helpful and very nice guy was surprised to see that they have very competitive prices. It was a breathe of fresh air. Went to three other bergstrom locations today and they either “couldn’t” help me or were too busy, even with express lube. Definitely coming back worth the extra 10 min drive.
I was 900 miles from home during the Oshkosh Airshow. Mike Holschbach was my service writer. Even though I was not a local customer Bergstrom took care of me like I lived next door. Including taking me to and from the air show. Could not be more pleased and grateful.
