I can't say enough about the customer care we received at Bergstrom. We found the perfect truck at an amazing price and Jim (manager), Mike (sales), and Dan (finance) all went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of in every way. We threw them a couple of curveballs, but they were most accommodating and helpful throughout the whole process. My husband and I purchased our vehicle from Bergstrom and were extremely happy. We had problems previously getting financed through other dealers but Elizabeth was able to get us financed and everything went very smooth. I was very hesitant that once we got to the dealership that everything would change, but it did not. Elizabeth did what she said she was going to do and that was get us financed. There were no surprises!! Our salesman, Alejandro Garza was also great. We will be returning to purchase our next vehicle.

I was very happy with my experience with Carl He was proactive in searching for a car we are looking for and was quick to answer questions as they came up. As a first time car buyer, the process was very smooth, Carl makes it easy. Makes you feel special and try's his best.. Highly recommended!!!

I just bought a new Jeep Patriot. The sales man I worked with was Justin Marshall. I can not say enough good about the service and assistance I had with picking a new vehicle I would need to fit my life style. Justin is the BEST!! I don't like the process of new car buying. I find it stressful and intimidating. But the team out there was awesome! Justin was knowledgeable and personable, Elizabeth was able to get the financing I needed and Steve in Service went above and beyond! I would definitely recommend them to everyone! Thanks again guys, you took the car buying experience and made it enjoyable!

Just sat there for over 45 min couldn't even get someone to wait on us or show us a vehicle. The receptionist acted like it was no big deal as she sat and talked to someone who worked there and neither took the time to help.
