Had an emergency and had to stop in today - the hood catches on my Jeep Wrangler broke while I was going through Oshkosh. Rachel and the service crew went above and beyond to help figure out a temporary fix to get me home. They were super polite and friendly and didn’t charge for their time. When I’m in the market for another Jeep I’ll give them a shot simply because of the customer service in the service dept.
Bergstrom and its sales staff were awesome! Jeff, Mike and Clint were spot on with their upfront pricing. My daughter was able to get the type of vehicle she wanted in a very short time as she needed a new vehicle like yesterday. Bought a jeep there today, the staff was super friendly and informative with helping pick out a vehicle. They were also super helpful with setting up a payment plan.
