I always get treated with respect and service is always great. I drive from Fond du Lac to get my oil changed as they have the best prices and I just would rather give my money to a place that guarantees great service and excellent customer service!
I had an oil change and tire rotation the service writer Kolton was amazing and explained everything that was checked and what it all meant.
I got some tires on my Chrysler 300 from Scott Carrol in the service department. Not only did he get me the best deal, he also took time to make sure everything was great from start to finish. Scott and the Bergstrom team keep me coming back!

I just got a new set of Goodyear Wrangler Duratracs for my 2017 RAM. I’m very pleased with the service I received from Paul, the assistant service manager. I would recommend this store very highly for the way I was treated.
great sale on tires, plus Paul told me about extra $100 savings if I applied for a Mastercard. Shuttle service always appreciated. The time it took was much less than expected. Driving my Jeep home, I noticed it handled extremely well.
I've made the 2+ hour drive and purchased 3 vehicles in 6 years from Bergstrom and will be going back for another when my son hits driving age in a couple more. As with every experience thus far, the staff were outstanding. Mike and Jeff went way beyond my expectations to find me the best deal and I left with my new vehicle that day. No hassle, professional and friendly service is an understatement. Always worh the the trip.
