Ate breakfast from there is morning. The lone staff member was busy making pretzels which I can appreciate, but ignored us for several minutes. I finally got a breakfast sandwich that was not very good. The pretzel bun was tough and chewy. The cheese had been stuck on the paper for a long while. I think something from a vending machine would have been better. Also they had no coffee to offer.
Very rude snotty and mean!! If I could give a zero I would!!
This place needs help. They never have two things that match(pretzel's & cheese). When I asked the lady why they are always out of sauce all of the time, the lady at the counter says I'm the only one here. I believe she thinks this is a sufficient reason and response , please send this location help!
Was told employee was filling cups of pretzel bites. I grabbed a drink and was happy to wait. Employee turned around and snapped that she didn’t like to be rushed and that she has “extreme paranoia.” Maybe don’t have a customer-facing employee who can’t face customers.
Didn’t have over half the menu just close the place
