I was in town for the Triathlon Age Group Nationals and my shoes disappeared between home and MKE, and if it weren't for the great folks at Ben's, I would have been riding my bike in flip-flops!
Over the top customer service to this visitor from WA state… I needed a quick repair to pack my bike for shipment, Ben stayed open after hours to do the small but critical work so I could have a hassle free exit from town. I'll probably never see him again, but think others should!
Oh- the fond memories I have of this place! I got my very first new bike from Ben's in1967 for my 1st Holy Communion! It was a Schwinn 3 speed and I LOVED it!
