They make me wait every time I go there. Yesterday I waited over 20 minutes and the owner IGNORED me. He struck up a conversation with my husband (I'm standing there holding the bike I bought in his shop but he ignores me). My husband even said "hey we just want to check in my wife's bike to get repaired." Instead he looks at the person coming in the door - waits on her and then proceeds to wait on the next 4 people - all while ignoring me. When I started to complain he just made excuses. I had the pleasure of working with Dan W while I was trying to purchase some forks off of Ebay and their website. He was most helpful and patient with me! He worked with me to solve my shipping issues and made sure that I got what I needed. His response time to answer emails was fast and efficient! I highly recommend Ben's Cycle.
My wife got her bike tuned up. Didn’t call us or finish the assigned work. Bike was dirty when we got it back. A simple wipe down would have been nice. We waited almost 15 min for someone to help us. If it wasn’t for Kegan Phillips we would still be waiting for help. Next time, I will stick with Wheel and Sprocket.
If you need it done they'll get it done. Correctly and affordably. Seriously. �
